Mother Passport is a clinical postpartum health tracking platform designed for use by registered healthcare providers. The platform assists in monitoring maternal health parameters following delivery, based on FIGO (International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics) guidelines.

3. Medical Disclaimer

Mother Passport is a clinical decision-support tool only. The risk estimates, alerts, and recommendations generated by this platform are for informational and supportive purposes only and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All clinical decisions must be made by qualified healthcare professionals in consultation with their patients.

4. User Accounts

Healthcare providers must register with accurate professional credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Patient Data Responsibility

Healthcare providers are responsible for obtaining appropriate patient consent before entering patient data into the system. By registering a patient, the provider confirms that informed consent has been obtained as described in our Disclaimer and Consent Policy.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Mother Passport only for its intended clinical purpose and not to:

• Share your login credentials with unauthorized individuals
• Enter false or misleading patient information
• Attempt to access data belonging to other healthcare providers
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or compromise the platform

7. Limitation of Liability

Mother Passport, its administrators, and affiliated institutions shall not be liable for any clinical decisions made based on information generated by this platform. The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

8. Data and Research Use
